Refund Policy

Airline tickets and service fees for appointments are non-refundable after 24 hours. After this time,cancellations are subject to the airline's rules and incur a cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of making it, you can contact our customer service line 24 hours a day,7 days a week.

If you fail to board your flight, the ticket is non-refundable, and the airline will retain the total amount. According to the airline's policy, passenger name alterations are not permitted once a ticket has been purchased. Changes to the itinerary are also restricted and governed by the airline's regulations. Tickets for low-cost airlines purchased within seven days (168 hours) of the travel date are non-refundable. The amount paid for hotel and car rental reservations is non-refundable under any circumstances, but the service fees charged for making the reservations may be refundable.

Cancellations for airline tickets, hotel reservations, and car rentals must be made via phone. Refund requests will only be considered if the following conditions are met:

 • You have requested a refund and cancellation following the tariff rules that permit such cancellations and refunds.

 • You are not considered a "no show," indicating that you did not notify the airline and were absent during embarkation. In general, "no-show" reservations are not eligible for refunds.

We can obtain waivers from the suppliers to process the cancellation and refund request. However,we do not guarantee that this will always be possible.

We cannot provide a specific timeline for refund processing. All refund requests follow a sequential process. After submitting a cancellation request to our customer service representative, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. None the less, receipt of this notice does not guarantee a refund. It merely confirms that we have received your request.

Once we have received your request for a cancellation and refund, we will contact the suppliers (airlines, hotels, and vehicle rental agencies) to determine if a refund is possible. The supplier's decision is final, and we will inform you as such.

Please note that original reservation or booking-related service fees are non-refundable. Regarding refunds, we rely on suppliers' decisions. Refunds are only possible if the airline or vendor allows it.

If the supplier approves the refund, the credit may take 60 - 90 days to appear in your statement.

In addition to the refund fees imposed by airlines and other suppliers, Explore Nut Travels may,when applicable, charge a post-ticketing service fee. Per passenger and ticket, all refund fees are assessed. Refund fees only apply if the supplier has authorized a refund or received a waiver. If the supplier fails to issue the requested refund, we will refund the post-ticketing service fees we charged. However, this does not apply to our original registration or reservation fees.
